Poster Presentations

Posters will be presented in three dedicated sessions after lunch. Poster presenters will be assigned to one of the three sessions during which their physical attendance for presentation of the poster is expected. Nevertheless, sufficient space is available for all posters to be attached to the poster boards for the entire duration of the conference.

POSTER SIZE AND FORMAT REQUIREMENTS

Poster size has to be A0 portrait (width: 841mm height: 1189mm).

No poster template will be prescribed in order to allow all participants to adhere to their organisation’s presentation requirements. Poster number labels will be provided on site and will be placed above your poster on the board; you do not need to leave room on your poster for this label. Staff will support presenters in attaching their posters to the boards on Sunday (during registration/icebreaker) and Monday morning. Posters not removed by Thursday end of lunch will be disposed of.

Poster Awards

Outstanding science by the future generation of clay-radwaste scientists will be specifically highlighted at the 9^th Clay Conference with poster awards.
