ABSTRACTS

A great number of high quality abstracts has been submitted to the Clay Conference 2024. The conference scientific committee evaluated all abstracts. Authors received notification of inclusion in the conference and the conference programme has been published. All presented abstracts will be published open access after completion of the conference.”
Please use for submission this abstract template. Your abstract has to be limited to max. 2 pages and a file size of max. 15 MB! Please adhere strictly to the template! We reserve the right to reject abstracts that do not comply with the format specifications.

DURING THE SUBMISSION​

  • Select “poster preferred” or “oral presentation preferred”. (Poster authors of the groups “Student”, “Early career researcher”, “Radwaste Starter” take part in the application for the poster awards. Please see here for the poster awards details.)
  • Tick one of the following groups: Student, Early career researcherRadwaste Starter, or Other.
  • Fill in the form: name, first name, institution, and your ORCID ID (if available) of all authors.
  • Fill in the title of your abstract.
  • Tick one topic your abstract belongs to.

  • The number of submissions is limited to 5 abstracts per author.
  • The Book of Abstracts will be made available digitally only.
  • By submitting your abstract, you agree to its publication.
  • The author agrees that a DOI number (Digital Object Identifier system number) will be assigned to his/her abstract and the abstract will be published.

* For abstract submission, registration, and program planning purposes we work together with a service provider which is based in Germany and is called F&U Confirm GmbH.
